We brought our house a little over 2 months ago, we did a google search to find well reviewed contractors to come in and give us some estimates. After meeting with several contractors we felt overwhelmed, but then we met Giovanni, he walked us through our vision along with a few suggestions which we loved. He was straight forward and honest. After carefully reviewing all of our quotes we decided to go with A-1 Capital Construction, although they were not our lowest quote he was priced very fair. We had a great feeling right away and went with A-1. Giovanny started the following we after applying and receiving permits to start construction. Our renovation time frame was eight to nine weeks which for the most part he stuck to. He came out to our house to check on the progress and came to Home Depot with us to help guide us through the process. His partner Dennis is amazing and very professional he can build anything. We heard horror stories from our friends about their contractors and how they hated them. We love Giovanny and the work he did on transforming our house. It looks and feels amazing, we love coming home and feel in awe when we walk in. I personally told Giovanni if a customer is on the fence about a project he can come visit our house and we will personally show them before and after pictures of our house. We give A-1 Capital Construction and Giovanni 5 stars and would recommend the company to our friends.

There's not enough ways to express the amount of gratitude that I have for A1Capital Construction and their team! We had a bad experience with a prior contractor who left us with an incomplete home addition. I found A1Capital on the BBB and saw all of the rave reviews and contacted them. We were skeptical, as we had such a horrible experience, but Giovanny (owner) came to see us right away. Upon his visit he observed and assessed the mess we were left with and immediately came up with a plan to get our home completed. Within the next 2 days, he and his team showed up to begin work right away. In just under 3 weeks, they completed our home and is even better than we could have ever expected! Giovanny and his team were always in constant communication, prompt and professional. Such a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. We were scared at first, but Giovanny put all of our minds at ease immediately. My family and I are FOREVER grateful to be blessed with such an amazing contractor, and now friend. Huge thanks to Giovanny, Sebastian, Javier and the rest of the team!!
