Airlanzo Latteral Wells
The contractor does not communicate with buyers. He signed and agreed on a repair at closing and has not honored it. I purchased a home warranty on a new build that has plumbing issues and he doesn’t respond to honor any of it. He appears to be a con artist that takes on jobs and once paid does poor quality work and disappears.
