My home warranty company sent this company out to fix my AC. He hasn’t shown on several instances, doesn’t return calls from myself or the warranty company. At this time, he has my New AC unit, but wont return calls so I’m still with our t. Avoid him and American Home Shield warranty.

Home warranty company sent this "company" out. First thing he says when arriving is he just ran out of thermostats. That was the complaint on why we called someone out. Thermostat was bad. Looks at a couple things and leaves. Home owner wanted the thermostat replaced by a professional, didn't receive professional service. Stay clear of this company. Fraud

Blunt ,not real friendly, but a pretty smart guy.

My warranty company sent this guy out to fix my AC unit. The appt window was from 1-5pm - 5 comes around, nothing. I called the warranty Co who called A1 and at 530 I get a call that he’s coming. Arrives at 6pm, looks at my AC unit, and tells me that he has to clean it - that he can’t do any work on it before he does that. My boyfriend had just cleaned it three weeks ago, but the guy says he can’t even look at it until he cleans it and that it’s $65. Fine. Spends 10 minutes spraying it with a hose - doesn’t even take the side panels off. Hooks up something measures refrigerant and tells me I need two pounds. Warranty co covers firs $10/lb, so it’s $25/lb on me. Does that, looks at my furnace, and leaves. $220 for a 30 minute appt and my AC is worse. Call warranty co and they schedule him again a day later - another four hour window. Doesn’t show. I call him and he says he’s rescheduled me to the next day. The next day, doesn’t show. Fraud.

My home warranty company sent this person a work order to fix my air conditioner. He called me after 24 hours and set up an appointment for the next day between 11 - 2. I called him at 2:45 when he didn't show up and didn't call to reschedule. All he said was "it's a wash out." It had only rained for 15 mi utes in the window he gave me. I said thank you for letting me know. His response was common sense tells you I can't work in the rain. Well, common sense should tell him if he wants to keep customers he should try to contact them to let them know he's not going to show up. I'm idling a complaint with the warranty company to make sure they don't hire him again.

This is the worst company! Came out to "fix" our AC. I told him the unit would not shut off and it was freezing up. Well, the put 2lbs of freon in it and that was it. Did not even check ANYTHING else? Was here 10 minutes. Went out later and the unit was still running non stop-called and he told me that wasn't good and he would be out at 10am the next day. Scheduled time came and went finally I called him and at first, there was no answer, then the second time he answered-obviously. I had just woke him up. He told me it was raining where HE was (not where I was) and he would be there after it quit raining at HIS location, and that he was working there. I told him he obviously just woke up and I was reporting him. He said OK and hung up! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY-INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND LAZY

Worst contractor we have ever dealt with. He didn't show up until 9 PM one night was supposed to be back the next day didn't show up. Finally shows up 2 days later at 9:30 PM (seriously, who comes out that late) calls us idiots and flips us off and leaves. Doesn't fix anything and told us we should have called someone else he won't be back. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Installed the system wrong and it was over a month to get them back out to fix it, still not fixed at this point. There was some damage and the response from the owner was “sue me”. Great costumer service to say the least, Do not uses this company .
