Mike gave us an free estimate in November. He was very busy. I got the written estimate in January. The work started in late February, stopped a week because of the heavy rains, completed in early March. He sent 5 men to work every day except the last 2 days for installing the L-brackets to the posts, and painting the whole panel of wall by the sliding door. The men were courteous, they protected the carpet with paper rolls and furniture with plastic sheet. They sweep clean the area everyday before they left. Mike is an honest man. In the original contract, he will stall a beam under the living room and kitchen, he found out later that is not needed. He gave us the credit for doing the work.
