Use this company at your own risk. I had Nixon Yang do my roof and did a poor job and wanted 10k but I told him I can only gave him 8k up front of a 13k job. I was having hard time get hold of him time to time. We have many over the phone disagreement on how and when the work should have been done. Luckily he was able to get the job done but not satisfied on my end. However, my nephew now lost 14k of a 26k job he hired him. The money is in limbo as to if nixon going to do the job or never because at this point could not get hold of him about 2 months now.

Do not go through with this guy. He'll lie and make excuses. He ignores phone calls and texts. Took my money and ran. Processing with legal action.

? Public Warning – Do Not Trust This Contractor Company ?
I want to share my experience so others don’t fall victim. On June 24, 2025, I signed a contract with Nixon Yang / A1Nxterior Restorations LLC for roof work and siding, paid over $14,000 upfront. Nixon cashed the check the next day and promised to purchase materials (architectural shingles in Dove Grey) and start work the following week.
Months later, no work has been started. Despite repeated calls, texts, and voicemails, Nixon has not responded at all.
Several red flags came up:
• He requested the check be written to a different business name than the one listed in the contract.
• He claimed licensing and insurance under someone else’s credentials.
• The business address on the contract and his business card were invalid.
This experience has been misleading, dishonest, and financially devastating. Once he received the payment, communication completely stopped.
⚠️ Please stay away from Nixon Yang and A1Nxterior Restorations LLC. This situation is being documented and reported to the proper authorities, and I hope it prevents others from losing thousands of dollars.
