Wade Hoffman
A-1 Roofing Service Center installed a new liquid roll on rubber roof on my commercial building (June 2015). The owner of the company (Wade Hoffman) assured me that the roof would last for many years. Less than one year later the roof was leaking in multiple locations. I asked them to honor their warranty and fix my roof and I was told that they would. After getting the run around a couple of times, they just stopped replying to me all together. I tried to give them plenty of opportunities to fix my roof, but they never did so I had to sue them. After I won the law suit they have been dodging paying me back. Right now I have a roof that has around 20 leaking areas because A-1 roofing put the new material on the old foam roof and the foam roof is splitting in various areas which is splitting the new roof. Also I'm not a roofer, but I read the can of roll on material they were using and it said put two thick coats on the roof and they only put one on, so they knew they were messing me over from the get go. I wish I knew then what I know now. I was new to low slope roofs and now I've learned that what A-1 did is definitely not the best way to go. I guess that's what I get for listening to the professionals.
