He estimated it would take 4 months to finish the pool. I paired every draw on time, and a year later the pool was still not complete. He blocked me on his phone and email. The police found him and brought him to my home, and he promised to finish, but he never did. I ended up losing about $30k to Adrian Ortiz. Please help me find him so I can sue him.
