Stay away from this guy. He left my basement job incomplete and ran away with more money than he was entitled to and now does not respond to calls, text or emails.

I purchased a house a year ago. At the settlement table the contractor who sold me the house gave me a paper from AA cutting edge for r roof put on the property. In the paper it said I must et the roof recoated within two years of the roof being placed on the house. The roof was installed in October of 2017, which means it needs to be coated in October of 2019. This because the roof has a 10 year warranty and by having it coated it keeps the warranty in effect. I called the name on the paper and told him where I lived and he said he does remember installing the roof and for me to text him my name and address and phone number and he would get back to me.
I first corresponded with him in February. I have called him and sent him text messages and now there is a leak in the roof. I sent him pictures of the bedroom ceiling where the roof is leaking. Every time I call his phone goes into voice mail. I think he is a real rip off and I would never recommend him as a contractor to do work for me.
