Throughout the project from planning to execution this contractor group has been straightforward, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their willingness to address specific problems regarding handicap accessibility. Their ability to stay within the confines of my limited resources is a true blessing.

We are so disappointed on so many levels regarding our project. This construction company left the job without a final walk through and satisfactory review. This construction company also left many mistakes, unfinished work and a huge pile of junk. To include garbage of food waste, soda bottles and a wheel barrel.
There was an agreement regarding the cabinets. Contractor offered a $700 discount on cabinets, then stated they were too difficult. To offer the $700 before the job and then take it back is bait and switch. At this point we have cabinets that are not square, 2 uninstalled cabinets with plastic screwed in the doors and a ruined cabinet with a screw in it. Looking over the amount of sheetrock and subflooring used there is a bit of disbelief, there was great deal of mistakes and waste on this project. It was obvious only 2 days into the project that there is a great deal of inexperience. Over exaggerating the difficulty of the cabinets and lack of wood glue. Stating the cabinets were not from Ikea, when we already informed them they were nice real wood cabinets from VJs. After they abandoned the project we found many cabinets incorrectly installed and spent hours correcting their errors! We wish we were told they are stepping in for a sheetrock subcontractor before paying the down payment. There are many areas where the sheetrock screws are not concealed, corners with build-up of mud, broken sheetrock at electrical outlets and uneven surfaces. Several of these items were brought to their attention and the only feedback was cover it with trim. Bottom line, all of the areas will need large trim to cover the bad sheetrock and exposed screws and you can’t hide sloppy work. ***AND the sub floors are still not satisfactory, which would have been brought up in a final walk through. Floors are not level and uneven despite the extra $ requested.
Finally we were promised job would take a week, but we were repeatedly told the reason it took so long was our fault. Instead of working normal business days or overtime, there were so many days on project that they were here late or not at all. This construction company left our project on December 11, unfinished, with no walk through and delivering an invoice meant to confuse.
There are so many more reasons we will not recommend you or ever hire your construction company again.
