    The representative Ron was great however when it came to the work it was sub par ! This was outdoor landscape railroad tie work the crew need to come back a second and third time adding for money to original estimate the crew used existing log on property instead of rail road tie log has since split so in need of repair again ! Would not recommend!!!!

    Bathroom remodel

    Honestly, 80 percent of the work they did in my $30,000 bathroom remodel looks great. I could share minor complaints but no one goes into a remodel without knowing there will be challenges. Unfortunately, the floor wasn't installed correctly. I noticed it a couple months after the job was completed. Two tile companies I consulted with identified the issue right away, but AAA did not take responsibility for the shoddy work and, and they were extremely rude. They accused me of using chemicals on the floor even when I insisted that I had not.

    The project needed constant supervision, the quality did not meet our expectations and deadlines were regularly missed. It was a frustrating experience. A 3 week bathroom remodel took over 5 weeks. Many errors were made that needed to go back and be fixed. We regret hiring AAA construction for our bathroom remodel.

    We used All Star Home Improvement for our Kitchen and bathroom renovation and couldn't be happier with the results. Having been through a messy kitchen remodel with another contractor before (to some not-so-good results), I must say I was so relieved and pleased to have finally found a great team with All Star Home Improvement and David Cohen.

    My guest bathroom needed some major updating and renovation. I received several quotes to begin my renovation process and decided to go with David Cohen (whose bid was right in the middle of all quotes) because he really took the time to walk me through the entire process and his expertise was exemplary. At our initial meeting, David Cohen told me it would take about 2-3 weeks (most likely 3) from start to finish. I'm happy to say that that's exactly what it took.

    Once our actual work started, David Cohen took over the day-to-day operations. David was terrific! He really seemed to care about the quality of work, was at our house every day to check on the progress and was always reachable by phone whenever I had a question (and I had many). David oversaw everything: Demo of the kitchen and bathroom (they were very clean and carried away the trash the same day), plumbing (I was converting my shower/bathtub combo into a walk-in shower, kitchen), tiling (installed carrera marble on the floor, subway tile on the shower walls and half-way up the walls around the rest of the bathroom), installation of all new fixtures, new windows, and paint.

    The workers were all on time every day -- every single one of them (from demo to the plumbers to the fantastic tile guys) were professional and great to work with. And their quality of work was top notch. I was particularly impressed with the tile guys. The tile team really took their time to make sure everything was meticulous and the results really show.

    All in all, I have definitely found my go-to guys for any renovations I'd like in the future. Thanks, All Star and your entire team for a JOB WELL DONE!

    Project took 3 weeks longer than quoted. Marco says "Guys will be there tomorrow" and they never show up (several times). Brought the wrong cabinets, re-neg'd on the counter tops, texture looks like crap in several places, paint was done poorly (several spots didn't get painted). Oven gas line installed in wrong place. Re-neg'd on electrical and added cost to project. Overall, not a great experience and wouldn't recommend All Star.

    We scheduled an appointment with them on Saturday to come out the next day at 11am. They called us 45 minutes before our appointment time to ask questions about the remodel. I explained our situation & he kept contesting that we had to wait to get more information.
