It was awesome. AAA Construction & Design is so great. The project started on time, they worked every day with no delays. They are quick and responsive with any issues. They do incredible work. The workmanship is beautiful. We did a lot of tiling and it is perfect. The crew were very responsive, friendly, polite, and professional. They take the appropriate time to do an incredible job. I will be hiring them again on the next home project.

Great! Excellent communication from the project manager, work crew went out of their way to do a great job. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. I've been a property owner in SF over a decade and AAA is the best contractor I've worked with. When I had a timely project come up but my go-to contractor was already full, I surveyed my network and a friend gave a very strong recommendation for AAA. During the first visit, they gave a fair quote and I was impressed with the additional ideas they had for what could be done with the space. Throughout the project (a large remodel of 3 bedroom) I could trust Art (owner/project manager), Andrey (client contact) and their crew with their: skill, competency, customer-centric approach, responsiveness, and reliability. As anyone who has worked with multiple contractors can attest, it's very rare to find a contractor who is excellent at all of those. They did this project during Covid and were always diligent with navigating that additional complexity in a courteous manner. They also don't upsell aggressively. All in all a terrific experience and they will be my go-to contractor in the future.

We did a 4-month remodel of multiple bathrooms / floors / electrical in our 2-story townhome and the experience was fantastic. From our first interaction with the team, we were impressed with their communication and the detailed initial quote. Our project was completed on time and on budget - we even decided to add additional scope because we were impressed with how things were coming along with our initial scope. The additional scope was billed to us at the fair rate we agreed upon at initial contract signing.

Also, wanted to mention that we lived in our home throughout the construction. The entire team that would go in/out during the day when we were at work were careful, diligent, and respectful of our home.

We have referred AAA to all of our friends and colleagues who are considering a remodel, and we plan to use AAA again in the future if we have other needs. Thank you again AAA for a wonderful experience - we love our home upgrades! We never expected to find a team we trusted so much.

Andrey and Art helped us immensely with our project. They are kind and honest people who were straight forward and upfront. We were extremely pleased with the design and outcome of our recent bathroom remodel by AAA Construction and Design. We are especially delighted by the way they engineered some complex tile work. The tile craftsman they used was Vitaly and he was truly brilliant in both his aesthetic understanding and his expertise in the actual work. Choosing AAA Construction was one of the best decisions we made in our complete kitchen renovation in San Francisco. We had never done a major remodel so we had many questions. Andrey gave us good advice at the beginning of the project and a detailed quote. Art managed the project throughout and Sergey was a skilled tradesman. We were impressed with how quickly work moved forward.

When we had a project delay (the delay was not within AAA’s control), they were flexible and adjusted the timeline. Throughout the whole project, Art and Andrey communicated with us using Google Hangouts so we were always able to get a reply to questions. In addition, they were conscientious about materials and clean up so we had no issues with our HOA or neighbors. We are happy with the final result, and the project stayed within budget. We highly recommend AAA Construction.

Kitchen Remodel
I decided spur of the moment to redo my kitchen and contacted AAA based on their Yelp reviews. Andrey was able to show up within 24 hours and get a proposal over to me that same day with a start date the following week.
Their team was professional, organized, efficient, pleasant to deal with, respectful of my home and their expectation setting was on point. Everything came in on time, on budget and properly project-managed. They truly wanted me to be happy when it was completed and I would not hesitate to use them again. These are the kind of guys you give hugs to when the job is done. Good peeps.

We had a great experience with AAA Construction remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. They stayed perfectly on budget throughout the entire experience, for which we are very grateful. Other contractors gave us quotes that were significantly more expensive, but AAA's quote was right in our price range, and they provided excellent results.

The work was done beautifully. We absolutely love our new cabinets, tile floors and backsplashes, quartz countertops, beautiful shower, and more. Our little condo has been completely transformed, thank you!

AAA is a team of superior professionals. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and bath, turn our pantry into a laundry room, and install new hallway lighting, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Andrey met with us right away, and was immediately responsive to our needs, for the project and for our budget. His bid was detailed and accurate. He remained involved throughout the project, and was available for consultation when we needed to make changes. As project manager, Art scheduled the work carefully, and coordinated with us on every aspect, He knows the complicated SF codes, and had a practical solution to every problem. Art and his team of highly skilled professionals, especially Eugene and Sergey, did all the work beautifully and consulted with us on the details . We recommend AAA Construction most highly, and would definitely hire them again. They are true professionals with a great attitude, and a pleasure to work with!

We just completed a sizable remodeling project with AAA and we're very happy with the experience and the results. In fact I'm a bit hesitant to write this review because great contractors are in short supply, and I don't want to share them since I have other projects lined up ;)

When Art, one of the partners, came to walk through for the bid, he showed the most attention to detail, know-how and focus on results of all other candidates. That combined with a detailed and competitive quote led us to choose AAA.

Although Art wasn't on site daily, he kept track of the progress, showed up at critical stages and dispatched subcontractors as needed.

A constant and reassuring presence on site was Eugene, aka Zhenya who acted as the foreman, solution finder, problem solver, and master troubleshooter. We live in an old Eichler home (post and beam, no attic, no crawl space, concrete slab below), so not a single thing about the project was trivial. Yet Eugene put his engineering degree and experience to good use and figured out how to accomplish just about everything with quality and precision.

Another major contributor and a true craftsman was Sergey - he did most things plumbing and a gorgeous tiling job.

Overall, here's what I think of AAA as a business: they are honest, they are fair, they are hardworking and diligent, and they have a knack for engaging talented and skillful people.

I had a great experience using AAA construction on my bathroom remodel in San Francisco. Andrey, Art and the rest of the team are very responsive and knowledgeable when it came to the complexities of working in SF and with an HOA under strict rules.

AAA was very fair with pricing and the changes that were made due to the existing conditions not fitting the initial design.

Art the project manager was the main point of contact after the bidding process and Alex handled most of the construction in the project. Vitaly performed some incredible tile work.

Both I and the property manager would highly recommend AAA to anyone and will definitely use them again...Kitchen is next on the list!

Art is a star. If you have the chance to hire him hurry up and do it because the guy is going to be booked for the next few years for sure. You will need to wait a bit for him to fit you in but definitely worth the wait.

I hired Art to redo 3 bathrooms and my Kitchen, put in new trim throughout the home, paint the entire interior and remodel the family room. Art was not the cheapest quote we received but his ideas were the most innovative and creative. Also the quality of work was beyond my expectations.

Art and his crew not only did a great job, they were beyond professional, always working hard to do the best job possible. I really can't say enough about him and his business, if I could give 6 stars I would.

He is the goods, an honest, thoughtful professional in this world and that should be honored. He is not your typical contractor; Art gives me faith in the construction business and in the human spirit.

Andrey and Vitali are amazing. This is a first-class business in every respect. We have had work done in other rooms by different contractors in the past and I can only say that I wish I found AAA Construction & Design earlier. From the moment we received the quote to the minute we received the final invoice, everything was better than we could have hoped. The job was done quicker than estimated and it came out better than we had dreamed.

Vitali is a miracle worker. He was completely respectful of our time and our home. The job took about a week and even though we said he did not need to take down the plastic tarp each night, he did not want us inconvenienced by any materials and did so anyway. He put on booties at all time he was in the house. He checked-in with us at each stage and explained everything he was doing. He went above-and-beyond in making every little detail perfect.

I would be a referral for these guys for any and every job and we will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again for our next project.

You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not hire this team.

AAA Construction is by far the best general contractor company I've ever worked with. They gave me a straightforward estimate on what it would cost to remodel my kitchen, dining room, walk-in pantry, and bathroom after a major flood that happened during the crazy rains we had.

I got 6 bids total as the work to be done was not specific to one area of the house, I need a company that can do it all. Andrey's bid was totally reasonable and the high quality of work I received honestly should have come with a higher price tag, especially in Marin!

The notice matched the estimate exactly. Not only that, but he got me the estimate within 1 day of coming out. Compared to the other companies I called, wow these guys really have it together.

Once the project was started, on time I must add. The team left the work site extremely clean each day as if they weren't even there. The worked fast, and did an absolutely beautiful job.

It's like the flood never happened, but it did and the house is better then ever!!!

I'd recommend them to anyone.

AAA will be doing all of my home improvements from now on.

Very recently, we had Art remodel/rebuild our entire kitchen. We took several bids and contacted the references prior to selecting Art. We are extremely happy with his work.
and very fortunate that we met Art. He is passionate about what he does, always thought about a solution for any challenge that came up, he thinks out of the box which was extremely helpful in a large project like ours. Art and his crew are very reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. More than anything else, he treated our house as his own and that made a huge difference.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Art was to work with. His enthusiasm and relentless work ethic makes him a great contractor. I highly recommend Art for any construction project and I would do it again and again !!!

Art has remodeled almost our entire home in the past 4 years. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and fixtures. We have always had a great experience working with Art. He is extremely professional and has worked with us to make sure that we stayed on budget and got the best quality products. I completely trust his opinion and he has a great eye for design. When I decide on our next project Art will be the first to know!

Of all the companies I called to provide estimates for an addition and fire place rebuild, a couple never showed up, a couple never followed up with a written estimate. One of the big companies even sent me an unsolicited estimate without ever coming out to my home, not sure what the story is behind that.

Of the companies that did show up, only Art went up on the roof to inspect and evaluate the chimney, roof, and gutters. He also took pictures with his digital camera to show me the current condition. A couple of days later, I received a clearly outlined estimate via email, which I accepted a week later after doing my due diligence by looking up state licenses, and any online reviews. The before and after pictures on his site of past work were also helpful in my decision to go with AAA.

Art's crew showed up early and stayed late the first day of work and for the next couple of days Art called to keep me updated on the progress. The finished work is spectacular!. I would definitely recommend AAA to my family, friends and anyone reading!!!

Art and his team at AAA Construction installed recessed lighting in two rooms and ceiling fans in five. We found Art to be very competent, honest, and timely. He advised us on different options and gave accurate cost estimates. Overall he was very easy to work with and provided us with professional results. We'd certainly recommend Art and his team to others and plan to call for larger projects in the future.

Artem did it again :) He helped us create the perfect entertainment area in our living room by installing an electrical box and mounting our tv. We are now wire-free (safer for our baby) and the clean look and professional work are very much appreciated! Thanks Artem!

I have worked the the crew on several projects and found them honest, reliable, professional, and good problem solvers. I know I have saved myself 10's of Thousands of Dollars working with Artem and Andrey! I highly recommend these guys for large and small construction projects.

I hired AAA Construction to remodel our kitchen. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and so I wanted to work with an experienced contractor who could give me idea's. Art had a ton of ideas on what to do, and Andrey made sure the price was reasonable, and the work was fantastic! They finished right on-time and on budget! I have heard horror stories from friends working with other contractors and I feel very lucky to have found AAA. I can't wait for them to do my bathroom :) Highly recommended!

I have a condominium Greenbrae that was in desperate need of renovation. I selected AAA Construction based on there portfolio and the fact that they came in with the lowest estimate (from a licensed, bonded and insured company) on the work that needed to be done.

This is a rental property, so it was important that I trusted the contractor I hired. I couldn't have been any happier not only with the end result but with the ease of the project and follow through on the part of AAA.

This is an extremely professional and reliable company. My real estate agent was so impressed with the price and quality of the work that he hired them himself for his own home in Burlingame.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by AAA Construction and they were great! We had started out with another Construction Co. and we quickly realized that things were not going to turn out right so we had to quickly find another Construction Company to come in and do it right. So we called Andre and by pure luck they were able to squeeze us in and complete our remodel for us. The bathroom turned out better then we could have asked for! I don't know the name of the tile guy but he had a meticulous eye and the tile work is PERFECTION! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again AAA Construction for saving our bathroom and making it the prettiest room in the house!

It was a pleasure of meeting and working with these people. They combined great profressional skills with the intuitive understanding of our needs and desires during very big, complex project that involved total tearing down walls, rebuilding / update of the kitchen and several bathrooms.

They gave us great advise what and where to buy: appliances, equipment, tiles, etc, and everything turned out to be first quality at a very reasonable price. They also turned out to be very nice, knowlegeable, smart guys, capable of finding time and money saving solutions with full compliance with the code and safety rules. Andrey, Art and their entire team were quite willing to go an extra mile and very frequently suggested better ideas than our own.
