Alberto Pena of AAA/Rapid Fences is a thief. We had the same experience! Paid him half of job, $3,200 to build a fence. That was in March 2015. Never even started! He took our money and stopped returning calls. We had been saving up for years to get our fence built. It makes me sick thinking about the money we lost. Do not do business with him. He needs to be in jail.

BEWARE!!!!! TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Alberto Pena/AAA Contractors/Rapid Fence is a SCAM ARTIST!! We contracted him on June, 2015 to build a cedar cover and to extend and stain our patio floor. We paid him half of the total cost ($3175) and he has run off with our money!! He would say he was coming to start our job and then never call or show up. He has now just completely stopped calling or responding at all. We have since found out from others in our neighborhood that he did the same thing to them. Only wish we would have researched him before giving him our money!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!! We also learned that his work was sub-par and he will not return phone calls to come back to repair the errors made. WHATEVER YOU DO...DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING HONEST PEOPLE!!!!

AAA Contractors is also doing business as Rapid Fences. Stay away from Alberto Pena. He is a liar. Does not do what he promises. But him in full up front since neighbors said he was a good guy. Took almost a month to tear down the old fence. Disappears.... called multiple times with no return call. Neighbors could be an occasional text giving one excuss or another, but he never contacted me. 60 Days from time he tore down the fence to the time two non-English speaking guys show up to set posts. Did them wrong. Called Alberto.... no return call. Put rails and boards up over next two days..... then no shows to finish clean up and caps. Called Alberto yesterday only to be told he was 'Done' with me. Refuses to finish job or come out and see the crappy work done. Contacted city and found out he has not paid yearly fees to do work for the city...... they now are trying to find him. Stay away from this guy !!!

We were scammed by Alberto Pena doing business as Rapid Fence or AAA Contractors in June 2015. We payed him a $3000 deposit for supplies. He would schedule a start date then not show up and give us the run around. He finally just stopped returning our calls or messages and stole our money. I hate that he has taken advantage of so many people. This guy is liar and a thief.
