He has no remorse for anything he steals from anybody and simply has no integrity. "Its not his" (property & money) He said. K & K Glass provided over $8500 worth of material and labor. Kempton must have pocketed that money.
Be very careful when dealing with a person like this, irrelevant of the company. He does not care about doing what is right only taking money from anyone he can . If he sees an opportunity to get your money or property he will.
