We set up a new construction residence to have guttering installed on October 29th, 2018 by AAA Guttering located at 2307 S Ingram Mill Road in Springfield, Mo. On October 30th I called to see why they didn't come on the 29th. The owner said they were behind because of the rain and I told him he was scheduled for yesterday. He said, "I know, I have other contractors I work for". I said, "I'm a customer too." His indication was he didn't need my business. The bottom line is, I understand that weather puts work behind however if this man had an ounce of consideration for his customers he should extend to his customers the courtesy of a phone called to let them know when he is not going to show up on his appointed day. Since he curtly indicated he doesn't need our business we cancelled his service and found someone else.
It is a rare occasion that I would leave a negative review for a business because I've been a business owner myself however, in this case the customer service of this owner and the business he represents was least desirable of any I have encountered.
