WORST EVER CONTRACTOR.
Mansour Hashem got his license from a “Cereal box”!! This guy does not have any clue what construction is. He sold us with this great speech about how knowledgeable he was with his 30 years experienced license, so we decided to do a big remodeling project with him. He charged us almost 40% less than other contractors, so we thought we were getting a great deal. How much I regret to have chosen him among the other expensive contractors. He left the project half way asking for a lot more money, everything he did was done wrong and he damaged many things during the project. He hired unlicensed plumbers and handymen that made big mistakes (including a huge flood that damaged my beautiful hardwood floors). On top of that, he failed the city inspection every time and things had to be redone two and even three times. He jeopardize the structure of my house and thanks to the City, he had to put back many beams he damaged. This guy is an old man that should get retired and avoid more human beings the stressed we have gone through. At the end, we fired him (after we gave him all our money) and now we just hired another contractor to finish the job, sadly we are going to pay 140% of the price he offered, that’s a lot more than the most expensive contractor we were getting estimates from. Mansour is only good for one thing, yield at you like an animal. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, you will regret it the rest of your life…
