I talked to David with AAA Sprinkler on 5.5.18 about my sprinkler system not having any pressure and my whole system was down with it 100 degrees outside. He didn't want to come out until Wednesday May 9, 2018 between 11:00am -1:00pm. So I shut down my business for him so I could meet him at my house when he could make it. He didn't show and he didn't call. I called his office and left messages to find out what happened but nobody answered and nobody called or returned my messages. It's now May 11 and I'm having to use a hose to water my 9 zones to save my plants and grass. I wouldn't call AAA Sprinkler if they were the last sprinkler company on earth. I called them initially because of their 5 star rating but if I could give them no stars, I would.
