His was the best of 3 companies I considered. The other two charged a lot more even though their system equipment in some cases was the same. He also was willing to allow me to monitor individual panels while the others would shut off that feature because they didn't want to be bothered with resulting client calls. Steiner also came out and inspected my individual house, roof and tree situation before his bid whereas the others would not until I signed a contract.
Steiner completed the work in the time period we discussed. He has followed up when he independently, without a call from me, noticed monitoring problems.
I've had no real problem with the system since it was installed. There were some glitches with the monitoring, but I believe these were from my own wifi system. While they were occurring, the power continued to be produced and Steven was helpful in resolution.
I would highly recommend him.
