When we called 8 a.m. June 20, 2022, Doug answered the phone right away and scheduled a technician that morning. He also texted back to let us know the name of the technician and when we could expect him. Bryan checked the inside unit and outside unit. He recharged it since our coolant was low AND showed us where the AC drain line was so that I can keep it free from debri and dirt. Zip...zap...the job was completed in record time! I would highly recommend this company. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt for same-day service. Bob & Beth H.
