ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY. Communications with the All Around Lawn Care (AALC) staff was a constant problem which not reflects poorly on AALC but is terrible for customers. The owner (President) refused to discuss my complaint. The bottom line is, it's a matter of TRUST and not just that the president trusts his Operations Managers who are not trustworthy. Potential customers should trust not only the Operations managers but the teams on the ground doing the work, and I did not and do not now trust the spoken word of any of AALCs supervisors or managers because they have lied to me. And worst NOT ONE bothered to review and ensure the items in the contract were met.
Almost everyone I spoke to at AALC claimed their teams and team leaders have "over20 years" experience in the landscaping business. At this point I would have to amend that statement to say they have a lot of experience saying one thing and doing another AND outright lying. I do have photos of all the discrepancies left by their teams including those where some of the sod noted as dying was laid on top of other sod and if anyone from AALC with experience ever came by to check for complete coverage of the sprinkler system they would easily come to the conclusion that there are numerous places that do not get watered.
As a final point to consider about the Operations Manager that came by. My perception is that he seemed uncomfortable with me and doesn't like to be questioned by someone he may feel beneath him. He kept saying I was trying to pick a fight, what's that all about? I'm an educated man who doesn't have to and never has resulted to fighting. It was almost like he really didn't want to deal with anyone that can actually think and acted like he was doing me a favor. I don't expect or want favors, but I do expect and want to get what I paid for and unfortunately for me, in this case I did not. The cost in money and time is unacceptable. Very expensive so hopefully all potential future customers will do their homework before investing in this unethical company.
