I had AAPCO and Assoc do outside work for me and I find Scott Vollert to be untrustworthy. He charged me for work, and my mistake was to pay all work in advance. He did not have to perform some of the work that was estimated and now he will not reimburse me for the amount. I suggest if you consider doing business with APPCO that you make sure the estimate is very clearly written for all work that is to be performed, make sure any verbal agreements that were discussed are written in the contract. That is were I messed up and I didn't listen to my internal instincts.BE SURE YOUR PAYMENT IS PAID IN INCREMENTS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF ANY REFUND YOU ARE DUE, THE AMOUNT IS AGREED UPON AND PUT IT IN WRITING.
