The experience was very poor.
Mike sound convincing and professional to get a job from you. He will take your money and disappear. He will not complete the work or do a shoddy job. He will make up excuses to not meet with you once he has the funds and he will even lie to you stating the work is done while it is not. He will not respond to your calls or text messages once he has your funds.
As a non-local investor he is definitely a poor choice to get your work done in terms of quality, timelines if at all.
