RUN!! Run away do not give this company a single ounce of your business. Let my experience be your lesson to avoid at all costs. Andy Ward and his company AARCO Industries is the absolute worst.

AARCO completed siding install in August 2017. Recurring rain water leak into home on South side. First occurrence of rainwater leak was 3/2019, after weeks of Andy Ward at AARCO not being responsive, he messaged he will have another company come to address leak. Caulk fix held for three years, and in early 4/2022 we have rainwater leak in exact same location. I have been calling and texting Andy Ward at AARCO to address the leak. Andy came out a couple weeks after initial contact on 4/12/22, pulled a corner of siding, said he would come back on 4/13/22, no show. I text again, Andy says he will come 4/14/22, no show. I message Andy again on 4/18 & 4/19/22, and on Tue 4/19/22 says he will come that week. Fri 4/22/22, I message Andy, no reply. Sat 4/23/22 I text asking why he is avoiding, he states he is at a funeral, will come by on Mon 4/25/22, he is a no show. 4/26/22 I text asking if we are on schedule and share with him I will be sharing my experience
with AARCO on the internet, 4/26/22 Andy messages me he does not have workers to come, and will come by on 4/27/22. Andy Ward actually does show on 4/27/22, uses garden hose to force leak. Not sure what Andy did to repair, but no rain water leaked in for several rainstorms. On 5/25/22, we had rainstorm toward South side of home, rain was pouring in. Texted on 5/26/22 about leak, Andy Ward asks if we have window warranty. 5/27/22 he says they will be coming back to fix. Messaged Andy on 6/6, 6/7, and 6/8/22 to no response until I posted negative experience review on AARCO Facebook page on 6/9/22. Andy threatened me with attorney and told me to contact Champion, and nail is causing leak.
7/13/22 Update. Andy Ward was stating that the issue was the window install that was completed years before his crew replaced siding. Had Champion come out on 7/8/22 at a cost of $175 to look at what Andy Ward was stating the cause was (a small nail in window surround) and they explained and took pictures of the bad caulking around the window, which is what Champion technician suspects is actual issue. I sent Andy Ward a text on 7/8/22 with explanation from window company (I sent Andy multiple texts about coming to meet Champion when they came, he did not come) and asked when he will come to fix. Texted photos again on 7/11/22, no reply. Texted again morning of 7/13/22 asking when he will fix, no reply. Call 7/16/22, Andy Ward states he is out of town will be by next week to fix, no show. I text him on 7/21/22 asking Andy if he is still out of town, he texts back he can fix next Wednesday or Thursday let him know which is best, I text either is fine. On 7/26/22 I text Andy and ask if he can come Wed, 7/27 because we had rain pouring in on that Sunday, no reply. I text on 7/27/22 asking Andy when he is coming, he states I’ll be back Thursday. I ask tomorrow, no reply back from Andy. I text him two times on Thursday 7/28/22 ask if he is coming today, no reply. I call Andy Ward on 7/28/22 blocking my number, he answers and states he will come to my home to fix leak on Sun 7/31/22, and said he will for sure be there. 7/31/22 Andy Ward from AARCO again is a no show. 8/3/22 I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau which he is a member of. I waited the 30 days for a response, Andy Ward at AARCO did not respond to complaint, so today, 9/4/22 I am sharing my experience with Andy Ward and AARCO Industries.
Additional FYI for you, when Aarco was hired to complete siding replacement, he kept no showing back in 2017, and you can see from other reviews this is habitual for this company. Please let my experience be your lesson.

P.S. I have text messages going back to 2019 as proof, so do not attempt to threaten me AGAIN with defamation Mr. Andy Ward for sharing my 100% truthful experience with your company.
