We had a 6p.m appointment scheduled. At 6:20 I texted the contact to see if anyone was still coming. Upon response, I was told they were en route and would be there within 10 minutes. At 6:45, I texted and told them we would need to cancel; as my wife and I had other plans for the evening. Terrible customer service, no apology for the lateness and no response to the need to reschedule. I can't believe a business actually operates like this.

Aardvark Basement Waterproofing is a GREAT company to handle your basement water problems. I lost my husband due to Cancer therefore having no financial way to pay to resolve my water issues and the black mold growing on everything in my basement. Chad the owner of Aardvark worked with me and only charged me 553.00 which covered my pumping station and concrete, the rest he donated, his time and the labor. My job took 3 days to complete all his workers were polite and the clean up was superb! After all this rain with the hurricanes, my basement is dry and no more black mold on my belongings.
