Mr. Ruben Caramaschi ( Owner of Aaron Dryer Vents) on 09-08-15 / 10:00AM came into my apt to clean the dryer ventilation system and trying to look at the duct ( back side of the new dryer) he irresponsible placed both hands on the top of my new Dryer and leaned himself to look at the duct causing two dents on both sides of my dryer, after that he attempted to pass to the back side of the dryer to clean part of the pipeline, but since my washing machine was on his way, he leaned once again on the dryer losing balance and ending up sitting on it instead of pulling back the dryer to pass, causing more dents in my dryer.
