Me and my wife were recently looking at renting a town home managed my Aaron Lilly Construction, we loved the home that was for rent, however what we did not love was the unprofessional of being told we would be contacted for a week after submitting our application, we called on two different days to find out the status of our application and were told we would be contacted later that day. Finally we were told that the location had already been rented by someone who had submitted an application before us, when we were never notified that any applications were ahead of us or that anyone else was even looking at the home.
