DO NOT USE AD SEVICE PROS. I had paid them good money to conduct a service call on my refrigerator in which the compressor was faulty and was covered under LG Warranty. I had made the necessary calls to LG to get the part authorized to be replaced by LG and shipped to them. LG has confirmed they have received the parts but AB Services have since ghosted all my calls, emails and texts. They took my money and the new parts and yet not going to complete the required work to fix my refrigerator which has not worked in a month. It's truly a shame that they are so shady and can't be trusted. Antonio Williams was the technician who conducted the service call and has since become unresponsive to myself and the home warranty company as well as LG.
