About 3 years ago we first engaged with mark and his team at Abacus Builders to help us design and get permits for a 3-family building we wanted to build on a vacant lot in South Boston. We chose Abacus because they are not just General contractors, but also property developers too. This separated them from all GCs we were vetting at the time.
Marks’ experience and guidance in bringing us through the design and zoning process were invaluable. The design team he assembled for us was great. Once the permits were all approved, which took a little over a year, Mark's team led by Gerald and Lua ran the project from start to completion. While Catrina and Marisol ran the design/admin in the background.
We could not be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Abacus for any future construction projects. Abacus carpenters and laborers were absolute gentlemen too and knew how to keep the job clean and neighbors' concerns always addressed.
