    $600,000

    This builder is very difficult to work with and I do not recommend them. They have done nothing but delay my build. There have been many construction errors in my build and it takes an act of God to get them to fix things. The highest level of management is not helpful or customer service oriented. Once they decide they are doing talking about any issue, they just quit responding to emails and phone calls. Please choose another builder to spend your hard earned money on.

    BUYER BEWARE! Capstone homes does not follow thru with their promises. Once you sign your contract they drag their feet on everything that they do. Read reviews by others. I am now having to take legal action against capstone and subcontractors to fix poor quality work that they are unwilling to fix. I have been in one of their communities for over two years and the horror stories that I have heard are without end. POOR QUALITY WORK. They get the cheapest subcontractors that they can find to do the work. If you plan on building with them I would recommend you are on site VERY often as they may not add upgrades that you have paid for. DO NOT TRUST THIER WORD WHEN THEY SAY "THIS IS UP TO CODE/STANDARD." If you believe that the work is not good don't hesitate to get the ROC involved. They will drag their feet like they did on me so the statutes of limitations are past. The Concrete in my driveway is spalling and they are trying to blame me for parking in my driveway which I never do. Many neighbors in my community do park in their driveways and don't have this problem. Once Capstone homes has your money they don't care about you anymore.
