Abbott's called just as they said they would between 7 & 7:30 am to let me know what time their plumber would arrive to install my toilet. The plumber called to let me know he was at Lowes picking up the toilet & I would see him soon. He came promptly, Introduce himself & began the work. Dave was polite & was very careful to not track in dirt or leave any remains of his work. He had to return to Lowes to exchange the toilet as the wrong toilet was in the right box. He explained everything he was doing, was efficient & the results are perfect. I would definitely recommend him & Abbotts Plumbing.
