TOP NOTCH good old fashioned Customer Service that is a thing of the past...
Cody was very responsive to phone calls and was very good with staying in touch and keeping me informed if an appointment/meeting had to be changed (due to the weather). I dealt with Cody concerning our roof and recent hail. He was VERY thorough and knowledgeable - went above and beyond to explain things about the shingles and with regards to hail, and was very informative and protective of my insurance policy in being honest and wise about whether or not submitting an insurance claim was wise based on the damage. He was meticulous in looking over the roof, gutters, and siding! He circled hail dings on the roof and took pictures and brought them to the door to go over everything he found with me.
This is the service many of us continue to look for today yet do not find.
Moving forward Cody / Abbott's will be who I recommend to others and continue to choose for my home as well out of a WIDE field of roofing "professionals". He is a perfect example of the term professional. Thank you Cody!
