ABC 24 HOURS, LLC was assigned from my warranty company to come diagnose and repair my HVAC. I was told I needed a part replacement and they would return when they received the part. At that time I was also told the repair would take approximately 3-4 hours. Two days later they were back to repair the unit. Within 90 minutes the repair was complete and I had cool air again. However, 3 days later I was experiencing the same problem - the house was not maintaining the temperature set on the thermostat. I called back the warranty company and was told they would have ABC 24 HOUR, LLC return but shortly after I received an email that my work order was moved to another service provider and ABC 24 HOUR, LLC would be returning. So I started over with another service provider. This provider, on inspecting the unit discovered leaks in the system and it is now being repaired. ABC 24 HOUR, LLC although, polite were not thorough and DID NOT adequately diagnose the problems. I would NOT recommend using them and if, like me, you go through a warranty company refuse their assignment and request another service provider. Because ABC 24 HOUR, LLC failed to completely repair my unit and having to start over with another service provider I have been without air conditioning for 16 days!

I had an HVAC company in my area come out to look at the HVAC at my rental property. They had provided service before with good service but this time, they charged me to find out what was wrong and then they quoted me a price that was more than I was willing to pay. Just to get a second opinion, I asked a trusted friend for a reference (I should have done this initially) and he referred ABC 24 Hours Heating & Cooling; he said call Mike - trust me.
Well he was right. I called Mike, he immediately said provide me the address and I will go take a look no charge. He called me back after inspecting the unit and told me what was needed with a very cost effective price. Mike and I met at a Starbucks and talking with him was a pleasant experience as well as very comforting to know that I was working with a professional.
You would be missing out by not AT LEAST consulting Mike before you do anything with your HVAC system. They completed the work quickly. I will always use Mike for my rental and personal home. I will refer him to all my friends and anyone else that will listen.

Great Carrier units, 2nd only to Mike and son's polite, prompt, and professional service. 1 hr diagnostic of our 20 y./o HVAC, 1 week order of two brand new Carrier AC units, and 1 day to get it installed. Very clean in all aspects, and certainly a professional. Among the best in my over 50 years of experience.
