  Nightmare Construction

  CALL BERGEN COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS BEFORE ALLOWING CHUCK INTO YOUR HOME!! We didn't and completely regret it! He gave us a low price and we signed a contract with him. That marked the worst mistake we have EVER made in our lives!! He never completed the job and left us with a total mess. After numerous unanswered calls and texts to Chuck, we had to pay thousands of dollars to repair his shoddy work and complete the rest of the project. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST - Chuck Masterson! He took all of our money and ran. He has not responded to any form of communication and made a lot of broken promises. We have been left without a kitchen and bathroom for 4 months now and Chuck promised it would be complete in 4 weeks. He has excuse after excuse and nothing adds up. He lied to us about the materials he was using and we found out when it was too late. He will promise you a low cost to wheel you in, the real cost will be discovered later. Do not let him into your home unless you want to be a victim of consumer fraud and robbery!!!

  I am also a victim of Chuck Masterson. His contract asks for all the money up front then he tears down the kitchen and your kitchen and you are at his mercy as to when he shows up. Tells you one thing and then says that he didnt say it. He also doesnt get permits up so no inspections are taking place. He says he's doing that as a favor to you. I was promised the job would take 3 weeks and it's now almost 2 months

  Avoid this guy. Totally unreliable. Took months to complete a job estimated to take 5 days! Much of the work is subpar. Cannot reach him once he has your money. Pay attention to these reviews. Nothing exaggerated.

  abc construction is a scam, chuck masterson from bergenfield nj 20 westview dr . took all my money, thousands of dollars, did everything wrong with the cheapest material. is a lier and never gets permits. he was hired to handicap my house and did everything but that. he is being sued by many home owners. beware. now i have no money to finish job. and he puts everything in his wife name. never has the same person come to your house to do construction because they quite, he never pays his workers.

  Save your money and hire a professional.
  In my opinion, this contractor is not reliable. Look up the company and you will see more posts like this one.
  They do not show up every day (sometimes for days or over a week). He starts other jobs when they have not completed yours. The materials he uses are cheap, some are damaged and many of mine were installed incorrectly and improperly. I had to hire a handyman to fix all the stuff they did wrong or damaged. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION! Goes with the saying, "you get what you pay for..."
