This has been a nightmare. We got a quote from ABC waterproofing in march for basement repair, they told us it would take 2 weeks for them to come repair it, we called every week for 6 weeks and finally had to threaten to go through another company for them to come. They did the job that week, we noticed right away that they skipped 2 feet of basement wall they had quoted us for because it was already dug up from their previous work the year before, although they didn't waterproof the wall, I guess they called it good enough. It leaked that weekend on the first rain. We called and got a rude response by the secretary saying that they did it, even though that area wasn't dug up and was leaking, irregardless I told her it's under warranty right so they are responsible. After arguing some more they finally agreed to look at it when they had time to see if it really was leaking... They came and confirmed and then came back a week later to do the 2 feet they skipped. When repairing those 2 feet they hit our basement wall that they had already repaired and cracked it, it isn't leaking here yet. However the next rain we discovered that they didn't go down the last foot of our basement and there is a crack 3 feet long leaking now. I've called for the past 2 weeks and was told by the owner they would come look at it and get back to me when they had time. I still havn't heard back and I leave messages daily. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the bbb and then file in small claims. At this point we just want our money back so we can get another company in to finish our basement so we can drywall it and plant our garden outside. It's been 3 months....
