Jaysen did some work on our outside water supply line. His work was very poor and not done correctly this was verified by several other plumbers and the water company’s. I even questioned him at the time because it did not appear to be done correctly. I paid him cash and have still not received a receipt. I requested he give us a refund which he refused to do and is now ignoring my text messages and my calls. Cindy Kline
