New house did not meet state code standards, foundation/crawl space construction deficiencies Five gas leaks, one in crawl space, four in fireplace. Gas leak in tankless water heater. Multiple damaged shingles in roof, sewer smell everywhere in the house, No vent for dryer, deck frame defective, deck has sunken and shifted. Installed used shower heads. Cracks on ceiling and walls. Fire beam lose. ABH construction built the house's driveway on the adjacent lot and did not say a word before or after closing. We found out about this when we had a survey done after we had purchased the home. The builder's respond "yeah, I gave you free land". The front yard was not graded and sod put on it. First it looked good but after six months, the ground has become totally uneven and looks bumpy everywhere. AC is blowing sewer smell air into my face. Robert, the owner and "CEO" of ABH construction has not apologized once. He either does not respond to emails and repair requests or is very slow to respond and all he has fixed, he has done deficiently. He told us that legally he has no obligation to repair anything after closing.
