We've used Ability Access in Modesto on several of our properties. They are quick at making appointments and have fixed everything I've given them on the last 6 jobs. 5 stars!

This company provides very poor customer service especially if you have a problem then they will actually hang up on you.
I would never hire this company to do any type of plumbing for me ever again. If I had my way I wouldn't even have them finish the job. 3 weeks without hot water in your home in the dead of winter is unreasonable but they don't care. Well I wish your company the worse. In fact bankruptcy is to good for this company. -

This company person came out of the truck telling me my stopped up toilet could most likely be rooted in my pipe or a broken sewer pipe. He never came into the house to check my toilet of how quickly the water stopped there and in the shower. He went to the backyard to the main flush out a blockage. He sent me in the house to turn off the water and I came out and he had something little bit of something wrapped around the end of the snake. He had called the warranty company prior to snaking the line and he said they approved it. Then he tried to get me to let him put a camera down for $250 to see if I had a leak. I told him I had insurance for that and no. Then he said he would take off the $250 if I had him do the work. He started scamming me the minute I came out to his truck to greet him going on about roots and camera for a leak. I had already reviews on this company that said they do that. But when he said he called the warranty company to get an approval of snaking, I figured it was good. I did not see a root issue. Now my warranty company is denying coverage for the stoppage. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!

Provided a verbal quote in person for a retail job when my home warranty wouldn't cover it. Confirmed the quote again over the phone, but we needed to wait until I got the hardware they were supposed to install. When I got the hardware and called to schedule the appointment, they refused to honor the quote and jacked up the price by 76%. Unprofessional and unscrupulous. Do not hire.

By C M.August 20, 2015Slab leak - whole house repipe$5,0007 daysExcellent Repipe Contractor
Ability Access P&R delivers 5-star plumbing expertise and a 2-star clean-up job --Hence the 3.5/4 star rating. We had a water line slab leak in our 3-bathroom house, AAPR completed the whole house repipe in 2 days as promised, their plumbers are competent and diligent, they also readily helped solve other related plumbing problems with pressure regulator, main shutoff and angle stop valves. They would easily be an all around Five STARS service provider if they would improve on their clean-up performance. Another noteworthy recommendation for AAPR is to provide a "complete finish" service rather than rough patch-up of wall/ceiling work following the repipe project; most clients would pay 10-15% more in total project cost for such finish work.
Thank you much: Juan & Oscar.

I wish I could zero stars, this was the worst company I ever had the displeasure of using, my warranty company called them out for a main line blockage and they said I did not have a flush valve and it was $1200 to add one in. My son looked under the house and told them it was under there and they refused to do it. To top it off he walked into the bathroom and flushed one toilet and then proceeded to the other bathroom and my wife told him to not flush that one, he did and it backed up raw sewage into both bathtubs, and then left without cleaning it up. I called my own company who came out looked under the house and found where the main line came in, walked to the front of my house moved a little dirt and low an behold there is was. These people do not know what they are doing and hire idiots.
