    new roof
    $6,700

    Roof put on 2017. Small leak in 2022, Doug looked at it saying he would be back to repair it. We scheduled two appointments for him to return and he never showed up at the right time. Now for the last month or so he is not returning my calls and the leak is larger. It has to be repaired before I can paint my rooms. I do not know what else to do??

    New roof was put on for previous owners in January 2019. Included a 10 year workmanship warranty. A little over a year later, a row of shingles blew off. The owner, Doug, was very responsive and fixed it. I also let him know I was the new owner of the house, he mentioned I should only call him or I would void the warranty. In November 2020, I noticed a pretty good leak near a vent stack and left a message. I got no response. I have a Tupperware up in my attic catching the water. I called again and left a message, nothing. My husband called 2 additional times, crickets! I know I wasn’t the one that paid him but it does not say warranty is non transferable in the contract. I initially thought he was great, fixing the blown off shingles so quickly for me. Now, he has just ghosted us and I figure I should let everyone know.

    I had hire Ablaze Construction to rebuild my roof because my roof had a leak in it. Doug and his team are respectful and honest. They have fair prices and I got a free estimate. My house looks great all thanks to Ablaze Construction.
