Able Heating & Cooling

Able Heating & cooling did a complete install of air-conditioning and heat in our home. From the start there were numerous little problems with the work they did. At first it wasn’t such a big deal as I can address a lot of the stuff myself, but once summer came the air conditioner was not working properly. I called Dennis out and he showed up and added refrigerant. It worked for about a week and quit. I called him again he came out and added refrigerant again acknowledging that there was definitely a problem with the system. He said he would be back in two days seeing how he left it not working with the temperature in the 90s. That was the last I heard from him. I took off work for the day he said he would show up there was no call and no show. I called his answering service at least four times with no call back. Even though the system was under warranty with him I was forced to call someone else and pay thousands to have the system completely gone over. On top of multiple leaks, the refrigerant pipes in the attic we’re uninsulated in spots causing water to puddle on my drywall ceiling. Also the pipes in my basement we’re not insulated properly causing water to run down the wall. There are also design issues but at this point I will have to deal with them. It’s a shame to invest in a company Spend over $15,000 and not even get a call back. My advice is go with someone who can do the work properly and also stand behind their work.

Wonderful experience. Showed up on time. Installed a new HVAC heat pump and we are very happy with the unit and the experience.

He is a scam artist and has no clue what he is doing. We paid him thousands for a new heating unit. We still have no heat, he botched everything up so badly no other company will touch it! We are now forced to install another new unit. He took our money and ran. He will not answer our calls. Do not use this company
