  Hired them to do a simple job. Should have done it myself but didn't have the time. Looked at job after he left. He installed new components where they weren't needed and installed the wrong parts. Asked for the party that were removed so I could fix it and they no longer had what they took . They charged me for the wrong parts they installed and the right ones they had to order. So paid for the same parts twice that didn't need to be replaced at all

  Replaced tub fixtures in 2 bathrooms. I supplied the fixtures. Was charged for five hours of labor for 4 hours of labor. Plumber had a leak in his work had to shut water off to fix his issue. Was billed 4 hours of plumbing Also fixed a minor electrical issue. Didn’t talked the electrician 1/2 hour to complete electrician stated was an easy fix. Was billed 2 hours of electrical service. I’m ok with the electrical bill but come on it takes a qualified person 5 hours to change out tub fixtures? And on the first visit I was billed 205 dollars for this plumber to turn on my water faucets to say I needed new and to look at my suspended ceiling to say his electrical guy would need to do the job. And on the bill they literally stayed he looked at the job”to come up with a game plan”. Seriously? Total bill…..$1,081.52. When I called to question the bill. No explanation. Not saying the work wasn’t OK? I am saying I would never hire them again!

  We had Abma come out to fix our AC unit this summer. They charged us over $400 to get it running. A week later the unit stopped working again. They came back out to look at it and said the unit needed to be replaced. Now, four months later, we get a $90 bill for the second visit. After talking to them, there was no compromise on the second charge. Horrible customer service.
