  Would not recommend at all. Used my pool one season, mid season noticed the supports coming through the bottom of the liner. Why in the world does at home recreation refer such a company when this happens!!!!!!

  Pool installation

  $2,800

  So I had a pool installed by About time last summer 2023. At first the experience was pleasant and the pool was installed but as the season wore on I noticed a dip in the liner in the corner of the pool. The buttress was almost poking through the liner. Called Tim in May 2024 and he sent out a gentleman a few weeks later to add more sand which he wanted to charge me for. After the job was done I filled up the pool and notice there’s a leak coming from inside the pool. Keep in mind the liner is only a year old. Called Tim to let him know of the issue as the liner is brand new and wasn’t leaking prior to the visit. Tim at first said it wasn’t his problem and we specified that the liner prior to the second visit didn’t have a hole in it and now after the appointment it’s leaking. Tim then states to send him pictures and we did to no avail as the messages won’t go through as if he blocked my number. He stated that he would call back and hasn’t called back. I would stay far away from this business. Will be calling At Home recreation to advise them on not recommending this business to install pools. Keep in mind we had paid good money to have this business install the pool only to not being able to use it yet for the summer of 2024. Very dissatisfied customer

  Tim is a dam idiot period i was recommended by at home recreation he told me i didnt need sand and my dumb ass should have know better i go in the pool and i can feel the old metal and stones under my liner
  He didnt install my eye in the outlet correctly
  He didn’t put the metal and the cover together correctly where the pool meets and connects
  He better hope my pool dont leak

  Install a new pool

  Don’t use this Guy does not stand by his word Pool is only three years old and the liner is already wearing through the brackets on the bottom of the pool My liner started ripping through he’s not making good on his warranty

  Pool install

  Do not use this guy. No idea why a well known pool retailer would recommend this clown. He takes your money and runs. We have a bulge in the bottom of our pool because the sand wasnt tamped properly. We watched our cameras where it is clearly shown the guys forgot to tamp one side! So instead of being an adult and rectifying the issue he ignores all calls like a child.

  DO NOT use him, he takes your money and no service after.... my pool is leaking and he’s not returning phone calls. His answer was wait a few days it will stop leaking..... I’m a plumber in my trade there is no Stop leaking by itself!!!!!

  Pool Installation

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a pool in 2018, Tim was contracted for the installation in April, 2018. The installation of pool and liner was done in less than 2 hours, my husband noticed there were bumps on the base of the liner and called Tim immediately. He said it just needed to fill up and settle. Once we got into the pool in June, it was clear the bumps were rocks in the sand. We called him back several times and he did not respond. June 2018 the pool started leaking, we tried calling him several times to no avail. I called from a different number, he picked up and said he would come out the next day. He never showed up. We tried patching the leak but unfortunately could not save it. The pool was purchased from At Home Recreation in East Brunswick, we got Tim’s information from their list of installers provided upon purchase. Do not use About Time Services, Tim has no regard for the amount of money that was spent in purchasing and installing the pool.

  Install an above ground pool

  Our experience with About time services was awful. At 1st they did not show up the day that they were supposed to be here. When they finally did show up to install my new above ground oval pool they showed up around 11 o'clock in the afternoon. The owner had sent 3 teenage boys or maybe early 20's to install the pool. When the boys got here they joked about how they slept in and they were sorry for being late. My backyard is on a slight slant so one guy had a Rotor tiller and when he tilled the ground the others just sat and watched. Towards the end of the job the owner showed up and I had said the pool is not level. One side is at least 12" higher than the other side. He assured me that once the water was in that everything was going to be even I said OK. After they had left I noticed that they had cracked to of my brand new fasteners on the pool. I immediately called Tim up but I did not get him so I left a message.
  The next morning when me and my husband went outside we noticed that the pool was not level. My husband called him up to tell him that the pool was extremely uneven and that they had broken 2 things on the pool. Needless to say I never heard from the guy again. It is a year later and I've only been in my brand new pool about 7 times and it looks like it is going to collapse.
  I would never ever use this company again.

  Just had an above ground pool installed by them, they were professional, accommodating, showed up early, had a great crew who were polite, efficient, neat and genuinely concerned about the job. They did a fantastic job and I would hire them again in a minute and i highly recommend them to anyone.
