    Ken wood removed two stumps and put sod on my backyard all of this done in 3 days

    Contractor never finished the job.

    This contractor has left debris, bushes he removed and sod that was used at another job site in the city street in front of my home for over 3-4 weeks and has promised many times that he would come and remove the materials. Some of the debris was also blocking the neighborhood sidewalk. He had also been contacted by the homeowners administration to remove the materials. I had to find another crew to remove the materials that was left behind, which was an eyesore and safety hazard. .
