This guy should retire.Kurt is a bully and a liar .His idea of covering his mistakes is to yell and lie to get his way.I should have fired him early on.He can't do the work so he has a helper. While supervised the helper does good work in waterproofing the ,walls ,floor and window area of the shower .However ,unsupervised the helper goes off the rails.Whether it is drugs ,alcohol or mental illness I don't know. After two days by himself he left and did not return.Kurt must go home and watch tv . After a day of not hearing anything but excuses I had to call Kurt .After a week another fellow was called in to finish the project .The other fellow did the rest and was done in a week. As Kurt was cleaning up the outside he managed to end up with a valued tool of mine .Whether he did it on purpose or not he would not bring it back .I went and retrieved my own tool. A job that should take two weeks was dragged out for 2 and 1/2 months.
