    Renovate and expand the size of our home

    Major Renovation of 50 year old house

    In 2012 we basically doubled the size of our home. Abramson Properties was the contractor and we could not have been happier. The scale of the project was such that we had to move out for six months. During that time we were constantly updated with the building process, and asked our opinion on fixtures and necessary changes. The foreman had everything accurately scheduled up to the date we moved back in. The punch list was minimal and inconsequential. /The price was very fair and any major add ons were at our request. The workmanship was exceptional and there have been no problems since the project was completed in 2012.

    Abramson Properties built our dream home in 2000. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. We hired them in 2013 to do a major renovation of the room over the garage to create a large gym with many windows. The renovation/addition blended seamlessly with the existing house and the result and quality of work were outstanding. We hired them again in 2016 to remodel the sunroom/family room/kitchen area to remove walls and create an open space. The project exceeded our expectations. They have outstanding employees and subcontractors who have worked for them for many years. Their pricing is competitive, the project oversight is outstanding, and the projects are completed on time. After working with them over the course of 17 years, we remain highly complimentary of Abramson Properties. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for future projects and highly recommend them.

    Paul and his team are great to work with. I live in a condo that has many rules for contractors. They followed all to the letter of the law. They cleaned up every day and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with my new kitchen.
