    Electrical and plumbing repairs, new gas fireplace insert, replace fence

    I bought a townhouse that was built in 1969 and needed electrical and plumbing work in addition to an upgrade for the gas fireplace and a new fence in the backyard.

    A neighbor recommended Ken because he’s a licensed contractor, worked on numerous homes in my neighborhood, and can prepare the required plans and specs for approval by the HOA architecture committee.

    Ken started with electrical work replacing old circuit breakers and outlets and did plumbing repairs. He also supervised installation of a new insert for my gas fireplace and patched and painted interior walls.

    In the backyard, Ken trimmed bushes and removed the old fence, built and painted a new fence with a gate, and hauled away the debris.

    I noticed the quality of Ken’s work. For example, he installed special-cut fence boards with screws instead of nails.

    Ken did a nice job at a fair price.

    Ken did a very good job building our gate, fixing our garage drywall, and tearing down our old, decrepit shed. He's very clean and thorough as well as reasonably priced.

    I have know ken for 24 yrs. - He put a master bedroom & bath addition on my parents home 22 yrs. ago. He recently came back and put tile floor in the laundry room. He is now replacing a window with a new vinyl slider & will continue doing our work whenever we need him 5 STAR Contractor.

    I have known Ken for 25 years. He has done excellent work for me, including the total rebuilding of my bathroom and kitchen after termite damage. He can do it all - electrical, plumbing, and tile. He has come to my rescue whenever I've needed help with a problem and I highly recommend him.

    Ken is a very good contractor, prompt and easy to work with.
    He was able to tackle several different repairs at our Campus Commons home with expertise and in a timely manner. He is a very hard working individual and am completely happy with his work. There doesn't seem to be any problem or task he isn't able to complete. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future work that we need.
