    It saddens me to write this as for a couple of years, Gary was my go to for all my a/c needs. I was having air quality issues in our condo that sent me to the hospital. Gary came out promptly to try to help 2 times and was able to treat the symptoms but never could get to the root of the problem. So when I called him again to try to help, he told me that the guy who installed the unit that lives in Miami did a horrible job. So I called the guy that installed it who said he would give Gary some suggestions on how to get help find the problem. Gary got very upset with me and refused to talk to the guy and told me to never call him again. Became very abrasive, rude and quite arrogant and dropped me as a client. It was actually for the best as I called American Heating and Cooling who came right out and got to the root of the problem quickly and they are very suprised that the problem was over looked as it was very obvious to anyone that has experience. The root of the problem was resolved in one visit!
