Avoid at all costs if you possibly can! Absolute garbage! I was told my appointment was for Thursday. The warranty company called and confirmed it was Thursday. After waiting all day Thursday, then waiting on hold for a half hour to figure out the problem, they tell me my appointment is for Friday. Could have just mentioned that in the first place.

Horrible. I would give zero stars. 6 weeks no AC. They promised to fix AC within a week max. And then dragging dragging.Every Monday I call they put me on hold for 30 min, they inform that the itsy bitsy part not in yet. Or they would drop my call while I hold and then act coy when I call back.
6 weeks and counting. No AC.
Idiot administration. How r they not broke by now? I`ll call insurance to cross them out of the contractor list. -

Contractor is poor service. They schedule to come and don’t show up. They don’t call me I had to call them to see where they were. This did this 3 times 3 times I took off work for a no show. They also extort money trying to charge after you pay them and work is finished making threats if you don’t pay they will come take the unit back even though you have paid them

By Robert L.October 15, 2019Trouble shoot the unit and repair$350
I recently had my unit repaired by Absolute Comfort, LLC they were sent by our home warranty. I was a little afraid for them to come out due to negative reviews. I was assured by Autumn the company was under new ownership., and everything would be taken care of. They came out, replaced my motor on the spot. The technician was very polite and took the time to explain the repair. I would recommend this company.

Absolute distress is a better name. This business I would not recommend to anyone. They have left my family with no AC access on one side of our house for at least 50 days plus. Even when they do come out to service our house the workers say we could do more but we are doing budget cuts. They come.uo with excuses when they are scheduled to come out, they state it is personal reasons. Not to mention I am pregnant and my father is now disabled due to him having three strokes. Do not waste your time and money with this company. They will for sure waste yours. We are still without AC 53 days and counting

the repairman was very good , My goodman heatpumpwas under warranty . I told the repairman he said by taking pictures of unit his office would check it out . I called warranty co and was told yes it is under warranty . The repairman showed up with a different unit " Copeland " I should of had another 10 year warranty compressor . Now I have a one year warranty unit . And they charged me 500 dollars over what my home owners warranty paid them.

If I could give NEGATIVE Stars I would. My warranty company ordered a new unit for my home and put the purchase order (P.O.") in Absolute Comfort's name. When I called Absolute, the receptionist could not find the P.O. and said the warranty co. had not sent it over yet. I informed her that I previously spoke them and it was ordered, the PO sent to Absolute and that the unit was ready. She looked again, found the PO and confirmed the unit was ready. The installation appt was scheduled. She asked the fee of $650 be sent via "Zelle" or she would send someone to my home to pick up a cashier's check. I asked for an invoice and she said she would provide a receipt after the fee was received and paid in full. I told her I was not comfortable with that and needed some kind of document so I had a record of payment and she said that Absolute does not do that. Side note, who would zelle a company that much money without any documentation? Absolute is shady!!!
When the appt day came, one hour before the tech was suppose to arrive, I received a text message that I did not pay the fee so Absolute was cancelling the appt and I needed to pay and reschedule. I have tried to contact Absolute via text and phone calls and Absolute has not contacted me. I have called over 20 times to my warranty co. to contact Absolute and Absolute has not answered the phone nor returned any phone calls. It is now 1 week after Absolute confirmed receiving my unit and still has not contacted me to install the unit. I have 5 children from 4 years old to 15 years old with no a/c in their room in the Las Vegas heat. It has reached over 90 degrees in our rooms and Absolute has done nothing to complete the job they received and agreed to complete.
I have filed a complaint with BBB, NV State contractors board, and NV Consumer Affairs. I have left reviews on every site because people need to know to avoid them at all costs!
