    When we started looking for builders to help us build our home, we heard a lot of horror stories about contractors. Ultimately, we chose Absolute Construction and Development because we felt personally comfortable with Nelu and LIsa and I'm so glad we did. We came into the process knowing nothing and they spent time, energy and patience acting as our advocates so that our house would become our dream home. They genuinely care about their clients. They go the extra mile to communicate every step of the process and to guide you in next steps so you're never left wondering what is happening. Their sub-contractors are top notch and vetted carefully. Lisa and Nelu manage every step of the build so if anything needs corrected or changed, they likely know about it before you do. Let's face it - building a home is a complicated, messy project that can often have some unexpected pitfalls - Lisa and Nelu are amazing professionals who anticipate, mitigate and clean up pitfalls so the client feels secure and happy. They don't disappear after the build is complete, either - the punch list is given the same amount of care as the framing. I cannot recommend Absolute Construction more - no horror stories to tell!
