    AEC and Scott Newton have installed roofs on two houses for me. There has not been a problem with the materials provided, but I am very dissatisfied with the lack of attention given to an issue that arose after completion. Apparently, the installation crew did not clean any loose nails off the roof of my house upon completion. This roof was finished 2+ years ago and I am still having rusted nails falling onto my deck and driveway (2 flat tires so far from old roofing nails). Four phone calls and two scheduled no-shows for someone from AEC to clean the nail debris off my roof is what I am left with. The adage “you get what you pay for” is obvious with AEC. Promise made, promises broken, no follow through on commitments to fix the issue...be aware before you buy.

    Scott & his crew from Absolute Exterior Concepts re-did our kitchen this past April 2013 and did an excellent job! We re placed & added more cabinets, flooring, lighting, granite counter tops & back splash, built a very nice pantry, painted not only the kitchen, living room, entry way & Dining room! I told them what I wanted, They helped me tweek my ideas & Came out with even better than I had expected. All this took 5 weeks. We stayed in budget also! We still had access to our refridge & microwave-so we were not really inconvieneced during this whole process. This past fall, they replaced 22 windows in our house in 2 days. They kept the areas around our house & yard cleaned up as they went. Next year we are looking forward to re doing our master bath & later, our roof.     Scott & his crew were wonderful in how they handle replacing my roof. Believe me I was watching everything(lol) They did a wonderful job & kept me informed on what to expect as I watch children & wanted us to be perpared for the bang of bundles being put on the roof so not to scare the children .. I couldn't be happier with the roof Scott helped me decide on & the job he did. THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT. If I ever need more work I will give you a call. Oh and by the way HIS PRICES are GREAT...!!!
