We had vinyl fencing installed when we had our house built by Classic Builders in Ankeny in 2014. This summer we noticed our fence was loose and found 3 post to be broken. We contacted this company(the same person who installed it but with a new name) to repair it on May 4th - and been waiting ever since. They were supposed to come Tuesday , then changed it to today- we waited- we called and not even the common courtesy to return our call and say they weren't coming!!. Its been 3 weeks and our fence is still propped up with a ladder. we are sick of waiting and will have to start over with someone else! Whatever happened to reliable customer service!!

Worse contractor ever! He was hired by another contractor to dig some post holes for our deck. Never responded/communicated timely, showed up later than scheduled and left in the middle of the job. Came back 4 days later to finish the concrete portion of the work and left a mess behind for us to clean up. Horrible customer service and horrible work.
