Currently using Absolute Painting for my new construction home. They are great. Russ, the owner, calls us ever step of the way with updates and any questions we may have. They were willing to work with us for changes and are very friendly people. It's a nice change to see a business that is always upbeat and optimistic. They were whistling while painting and always greeted me with a smile. So many companies today feel like you over them the "Thank You" for their work, but Russ has always THANKED US for choosing his company to do the work! The painting looks great, from the walls, doors, trim, stair railings, and so on. If you want professional service with a smile than This company is your choice!

Terrible service. They came to paint garage doors. They were to return to clean the inside of the doors and to touch up the unisex door. Never came back. They were called time and time again. I called them months later and got excuse after excuse.
When I told Russ Metil, the owner that I was planning on using them to paint the inside of my house but have since changed my mind, his reply was :" I don't need your business". I do not want them back and will make sure everyone knows how bad they are. -

Absolutely horrible. May be better off hiring some kids to do it. Paint dripped everywhere inside and out; damaged doorknobs, hinges, and fittings; paint edges slopped onto other colors and trim; and will blame the other guy sooner than taking responsibility. Would never use them again nor recommend to anyone.

Dealing with Russ has been LIKE PULLING TEETH. Russ cleaned my gutters for cheap and seemed like a nice guy...so I hired him to do several repairs on my home. Bad move. It took FOREVER to get him to start the work on my house. He was SLOW in responding to my text messages - IF he bothered to respond AT ALL. I was NOT HAPPY with the work he did (the wood he repaired/painted looks SLOPPY and the stain on the ceiling he sealed and painted over is STILL VISIBLE.) I have photos. Despite his written promise to come back to my home the last two weekends to fix the wood and paint the ceiling again - HE NEVER SHOWED. Wow.
